And so the feasting begins..this xmas i decided to make cookies for a change..i lost my old recipe but i guess this version is just as good...easy and lots of fun~! Enjoy!

Little xmas joys..u can pack them and give small bundles to ur frens~!!

~~Cookie Making Process~~

Cookies just like cupcakes are very fun to decorate and u can have ur fair share of imagination with it..But this time i'd like a more classic xmas cookie look.. I've made afew basic design so if u are baking any.. this is easy peasy~!

Of cours if u decide to do more complicated ones..u can make different colors and pipe designs, shapes or wordings :))

Tis the time for sharing..i will post up my xmas dinner photos soon!!
Have a merry xmas and if youre baking - hope it'll be successful!

L' amour

Well now that its end of the term n my last exam just finish so i have more time to post :))
Yesterday after Drafting exam me and my classmates went to Candele @ Raffles city

Initially i wanted to eat L'amour - Rose petal ice cream with raspberry swirls top with meringue and lycee...sounds good (above pic) THEN..my fren wanted to have it to so i had earl grey icecream which happens to be my fav tea flavor..anyway it both turn out nice although earl grey was much better and rose icecream turn out to taste abit like sanza haha...

How to make a cupcake

Good Evening Cupcake Lovers,

Its been a while since i've posted anything. Due to this term(in school) being more hectic i haven't been able to do alot of orders. In school from (usually) 12 to 10pm monday to friday and on weekends doing homework n working part-time (i actually enjoy working still haha)
Well anyway it got so hectic so i just recently bought a industrial sewing machine home so i can better manage my time and spend more time/nights at home. So this is an order that i've done for one of my customers.

Chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting. Basic but really delicious.
How To Make A Floral Cupcake?
Ok since i'm really bored i've decided to do a step by step pic guide how to make the cupcake above. Its not detail..just a rough guide, watever it may be...pls dont call me up to ask me how to ice ur cupcakes!! it comes naturally, either u can or cant ice a cupcake.

Ok tats me at 3am.. Now : 1) Choose a cupcake (any flavor u like) preferbly round and smooth on top like this ^^^^^
2) Dollop generously (ur choice of) buttercream. Not to worry we wont use all the frosting, more just happens to spread better

3)Spend the frosting, pressing the frosting down then slowly spreading to the sides (remove excess frosting fromtime to time) I duno why the color changed in this pic?!?!

4) Now just frost the flowers (this came naturally to me so dont ask me how)

5) Finally add the buds in the center and the leaves!! waala! Done

Thanx for viewing my blog. If u like to order, remember to look at the price and min order list (to ur left of the screen) and i cant accept big order, Nothing more than 40 cupakes cos i'm a one woman show haha!!

Alright have a good weekend guys and if u'd like to say anything pls feel free to tag

XOXO
Natalie
