Now i was watching Nigella's show and i came across this interesting recipe that i just couldn't stop thinking about for afew days..so thank god for starhub's recording station(Hehehe) I'm able to view it one more time.

Nigella's Chocolate Pavlova

Of course with the remaining strawberries and raspberries (if any at all) Makes a great breakfast with plain cornflakes, alittle sugar and a bowlful of milk! this is my favorite breakfast actually.. but my sis doesn't understand why i rather eat this then something thats already sugar laden or packed with dried fruits haha.

I ate the endangered species.

I found this panda in a butter biscuit box..Just being way too cute...with his stubby arms and half bitten ear..I must take a picture of it!!(i eventually gobbled him up fyi)

Happy Birthday!!!
We had a birthday celebration for my daddy who was actually still alittle sick on his bday. The dreamie cupcakes in the previous entry, could be incorporated in a cake:

I didn't frost the cake with buttercream becos i really dont like cream all that much but if u do, go ahead to frost ur cake earlier and leave it to chill in the fridge to firm up. before serving.

If possible only display ur meringues just before u display the cake..esp if its been humid or a rainy day. :))

Megan and the cake

MmMmMMMMmmm.....

Have yourself a merry little Christmas now....

And so the feasting begins..this xmas i decided to make cookies for a change..i lost my old recipe but i guess this version is just as good...easy and lots of fun~! Enjoy!

Little xmas joys..u can pack them and give small bundles to ur frens~!!

~~Cookie Making Process~~

Cookies just like cupcakes are very fun to decorate and u can have ur fair share of imagination with it..But this time i'd like a more classic xmas cookie look.. I've made afew basic design so if u are baking any.. this is easy peasy~!

Of cours if u decide to do more complicated ones..u can make different colors and pipe designs, shapes or wordings :))

Tis the time for sharing..i will post up my xmas dinner photos soon!!
Have a merry xmas and if youre baking - hope it'll be successful!
XOXO
