Story of Mini Cupcakes

Hello!! Welcome to cupcakeloft..

Hihi to all my customers that have been popping by every now and then :)'

Mini cupcakes~~!
So i would like to officiall launch my Mini cupcakes...Cute as hell and for some reason alot harder to stop eating when u pop one into your mouth...i ate 10 the other day.. :) So anyway i made about 30 mini cupcakes for a "special" customer..who really tested me..and turns out he/she was only 12 :P

SO....i purposely bought the swirly piping for this cupcake..cos he/she wanted it to be swirly haha...its cute as hell but turns out that lemon icing taste the best with mini cupcakes cos plain icing is just too overwhelmingly sweet.. the swirly icing is just too much so if any customers are intending to buy...i'll recommend that it be just spreaded over and decorated.

On the left my regular cupcake and on the right is the mini cupcake

So if u like to buy it will be about 60 to 70 cents each for the cupcake depending on the deco and icing style of piping. Minimum order is 35 cupcakes. 2 to 3 days in advance. Thanx...However if u like a smaller batch i wont rule it out..but it depends on whether i have another batch of cupcakes on that day as well.

Have a nice day ahead and thanx for visiting Cupcake Loft. - Natalie

Hi Everyone,

This entry i'll talk alittle about myself. I'm Natalie, 23 this year and im from singapore. I started Cupcake Loft cos i love cupcakes but the really pretty ones aren't always affordable. I only started baking cupcakes last year during October i think?

I always had a thing for desserts and stuff so early last year i took up a part-time job at Cedele thinking that i would be able to learn how to bake. But turns out that i didn't learn a thinga bout baking (didnt even see the real process of cake making even cos tats all left to the REAL bakers) my outlet's closest thing to an oven was this tiny toaster for pizza hahaha!! All i get to do is cut and wrap them =.= I still work at Cedele thou on weekends, they sell good whole cakes, breads, sandwiches etc.. and the people are courteous. :))

Anyway now i'm studying Fashion Design in Raffles Laselle Institute(?? duno if they changed the name of the sch again) So sch is getting busier drafting!! sewing!! color theory WTH.. ahhh *foams* i've gotten enough mothers day orders so i will not be taking any orders for this and next week. Sorrie guys i just need to catch up on my work alittle. :)

Not so sweet cos the icing is only the falling flowers :))

just so u know...the flowers were mean tto look like they are falling..not that the icing is melting haha!!

Good Morning cupcake lovers!!

I just made chocolate cupcakes yesterday nite and i'd like to thank Donna firstly because if she didn't ask if i made them and tell me how much she wanted chocolate cupcakes i won't have made them. So this is just a sample of it...i honestly cant think of how to decorate them~!! I didn't buy the big star piping so i couldn't make the design i had in mind. so this was it.

When i buy the big star piping i'll redeco.. I will not put out the price of this cupcakes till i get it right (deco and best way to keep and eat it) but if u really want some then contact me and i'll inform u..however minimum cupcakes will be in sets of 8.

So far the best way to keep it is refridgerated. However when u are ready to eat it..pop it (without the flowers) into the microwave for 15-30 secs then eat it with the chocolate ganache melting on top..MMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! chocolate sensation!!
