Hello cupcake lovers, And so what is the outcome of my ambitious list? well only one appeared successful haha!!

Firstly i tried makeing my pavlova base but becos i didnt put it in the oven immediately..it melted and made some watery liquid.(So always note that when making meringues..to immediately bake it)

My Yogurt lemon cupcakes with lemon cream turn out so perfect!! i love my lemon cream..looks like a potential seller!! :))

Experimentation day

Hello Guys,

Last min, Sandra had to go to work and so we didnt make the apple pie ytrday! Fustrated cos i totally planned to bake...............SSSOOOO!!!

Im still not statisfied with last weeks lemon cupcakes and i'm going to try one new recipe today.
:)))

Today's Ambitious list:
Pavlova
Lemon cupcakes
and....its either applesauce cupcakes or s'more cupcakes

Still looking at the ingredient list..hmmm.....

Roula ordered some cupcakes from me and wanted a black and white theme..i really dont fancy black and white honestly but it remind me of the black boards i drew for Cedele (Sorry i accidently inverted the picture and saved it! so it looks like a white board)

So i did an Art Nouveau theme for her.. and it turn out quite well i think..haha.could have been better though!

Today was super exciting also cos its my first time meeting another baker!! Felicia and I did a barter trade! haha In exchange for my vanilla cupcakes with lemon icing she gave me a tiramisu cupcake and double chocolate cookies (which i love)

Love cookies..never had a nack at baking them..always wish someone else did it for me (Which usually my youngest sis does! haha) But anyway so happy got cookies with milk tonight!!

Super dark chocolate cake! no idea for the name but its a real pick me up on a bad day or PMS.
This is i'm guessing some hazelnut chocolate thingy with the crispy thing that i love. haaha.
